4月21日，山东青岛城阳区海洋发展局通报：近期，有网民反映胶州湾祥茂河防潮坝附近出现死鱼现象。我局高度重视，第一时间开展联合执法，已查获3名涉嫌非法养殖人员，将依法依规严肃处理。下一步，我局继续加大巡查执法力度，全力维护胶州湾良好生态环境。
