受今年首轮强降雨影响，广西桂林漓江水位快速上涨。截至4月21日14时，桂林水文站实测水位达到144.29米。为保障汛期船舶航行安全，21日7时30分起，桂林海事局根据水情变化对漓江各航段排筏逐段实施封航管制，截至8时15分，漓江排筏已实施全线封航。
