近日，国家统计局公布了2026年3月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况。70城中有14城新房价格环比上涨，较2月增加4个；13城二手房价格上涨，较2月增加11个。其中一线城市新房价格环比上涨0.2%。青岛新房价格环比涨0.1%，二手房价格与上月持平，实现止跌。
