从多位独立信源处获悉，理想汽车已于4月10日给全体员工发放了2025年全年年终奖，26个销售省份的一线销售中台全员无年终奖，研发员工年终奖和去年同期相比也大幅减少。另外，记者还获悉，理想汽车员工的考核周期也从过去的半年考核变成了一年一考核。
