4月16日，东方新能（002310）发布公告，解除1亿股限售股份的上市流通，约占公司总股本的1.67%。此次解除限售的股份是根据《东方新能重整计划》，通过资本公积转增而来，目的是引入重整投资人并清偿债务。可上市流通日期为2026年4月20日。
2025年前三季度，东方新能实现收入1.56亿元，归母净利润-207万元。
