4月15日，圣达生物（603079）发布公告，韩玮因个人身体原因，申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务。辞职后，韩玮将继续担任公司法务总监。
在公司聘任新的董事会秘书之前，公司董事会指定暂由公司财务负责人许祥晓代行董事会秘书职责。
2025年前三季度，圣达生物实现收入6.21亿元，归母净利润5334万元。
