海南省市场监督管理局近日出台经营主体登记新规《经营主体登记文书规范（2026年版）》、《经营主体登记提交材料规范（2026年版）》。新规从“法治适配、便利升级、安全防控、标准统一”四个维度发力，全方位优化经营主体登记服务，切实降低制度性交易成本，新版规范将于5月1日起正式施行。（央视新闻）
