4月13日，新城控股发布2026年3月份及第一季度经营简报。
3月份，公司实现商业运营总收入约11.96亿元，比上年同期增长3.18%；1-3月公司累计实现商业运营总收入约35.45亿元，比上年同期增长2.82%。
3月份公司实现合同销售金额约10.79亿元，比上年同期下降49.28%；销售面积约19.18万平方米，比上年同期下降29.36%。
1-3月公司累计实现合同销售金额约30.16亿元，比上年同期下降40.89%；累计合同销售面积约52.65万平方米，比上年同期下降19.95%。
