北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）4月1日晚间，贝瑞基因（000710）发布公告称，因高扬在国信证券股份有限公司开展的股票质押回购业务发生违约，成渝金融法院裁定强制变现被执行人高扬持有的353.52万股"贝瑞基因"股票，占公司总股本比例0.999%。
公告显示，高扬持有贝瑞基因股份2138.31万股（占公司总股本比例为6.05%），为公司控股股东。
