3月31日，美腾科技（688420）发布公告，针对2025年度业绩快报及业绩预告进行了更正。公告显示，修正后的归母净利润为-565万元，较修正前减少1962万元，减幅为140.41%。
公司表示，此次修正是基于审计工作的推进及客户信用风险的评估，补充计提了信用减值准备2191万元。
2025年前三季度，美腾科技实现收入3.96亿元，归母净利润641万元。
