近日，有多位消费者在社交平台发帖称，在名创优品购物时被店员告知需先注册会员，否则无法结账。 3月31日，名创优品官方客服回应界面新闻称，为切实保障消费者的公平购买权益，自2025年12月15日起，名创优品全国门店及官方线上渠道所售的潮玩类产品将实施会员专享限购政策。
