当地时间16日，比利时首相德韦弗向外界表示，比利时联邦政府的立场是，比利时不会参与美国在霍尔木兹海峡军事行动。德韦弗表示，如果北约提出请求，或者在双边背景下提出请求，例如沙特阿拉伯或阿联酋提出的请求比方才会对此进行讨论。（总台记者 顾鑫）
