3月11日，新城发展（01030）发布公告，2026年2月，公司实现合约销售金额约12.23亿元，合约销售面积约19万平方米。2026年1月至2月的累计合同销售金额约19.37亿元，累计销售面积约33万平方米。
在房地产业务方面，2026年2月，公司出租物业共179个，总建筑面积约1652万平方米。该月租金收入约10.71亿元，商业运营收入约11.48亿元（即含税租金收入）。
2026年1月至2月的累计租金收入约21.92亿元，累计商业运营收入约23.49亿元（即含税租金收入）。
