3月4日，物产中大（600704）发布公告，公司董事会秘书殷畅因工作调整辞职，离任时间为2026年3月3日，并继续在上市公司及其控股子公司任职。
辞职后，公司副总经理罗畅代行董事会秘书职责，但罗畅尚未取得董事会秘书资格证书，待其获得证书后将完成正式聘任。
2025年前三季度，物产中大实现收入4329.79亿元，归母净利润30.51亿元。
