2026年度第二批次土拍地块近日已公布，第二批次上新长宁内环内一宗地块。这是长宁时隔15年来再次出让内环内住宅用地，这也是沪7条新政后，全市首宗出让的内环内核心地块。地块未拍先热，这也让开年的土拍市场再添关注度。
