3月2日，上海迎来春季开学。浦东公安分局以隐患清零、护学在岗、安全宣教三位一体的举措，护航辖区学子开启新学期。
早上7时30分，浦东新区上南五村小学门口送学车辆络绎不绝，交管支队的民警早早到岗，在车流中穿梭指引，全力保障送学车辆即停即走，从源头避免道路拥堵。
