春节归来一周后，佛山楼市逐渐步入正轨。
据乐居统计佛山房产信息网数据显示，佛山上周楼市网签重返千套。其中，一手房总计网签269套，环涨6625%，网签面积约3.61万㎡，环涨7120%。
纵观五区来看，顺德网签最大，逼近百套，禅城和南海则均以60套的网签量紧随其后。
二手房方面，上周总计网签762套，环涨9425%，网签面积约9.07万㎡，环涨11237.5%。
