Trump Media & Technology Group 表示，正探讨将旗舰社交平台 Truth Social 剥离为独立上市公司，以优先推进加密业务。方案：与核聚变初创 TAE Technologies 及空白支票公司 Texas Ventures Acquisition III 洽谈；若 2025 年 12 月与 TAE 的超 60 亿美元合并完成，Truth Social 可剥离为新上市公司 SpinCo，再与 Texas Ventures III 合并，SpinCo 股份分发给 Trump Media 股东。Trump Media 于 2025 年推出 Truth Fi 金融科技品牌支持其加密货币产品和服务，同时建立比特币国库（9 月底超 1.15 万枚 BTC）。（Cointelegraph）
