财联社3月2日电，受到春节假期因素影响，可转债市场在2月仅有1只可转债新券发行。不过，3月初可转债发行将明显回暖：3月2日，统联转债启动网上申购；3月3日，祥和转债接力发行。一位研究人士表示，今年可转债发行速度明显快于去年，随着政策推动以及市场需求旺盛，未来可转债发行规模会好于预期。 (上证报)
