上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）艾迪药业公告，公司实际控制人之一、董事长傅和亮拟自2026年3月2日起6个月内，通过上海证券交易所交易系统允许的方式（包括但不限于集中竞价和大宗交易）增持公司股份，计划增持金额不低于1000万元且不超过1500万元。
