2月27日，三旺通信（688618）发布公告，2025年度业绩快报显示，公司实现营业总收入3.59亿元，同比增长0.59%；归母净利润为3657万元，同比增长11.41%。
公告指出，报告期内，部分政府补助项目完成验收并达到结转条件，相应递延收益结转计入其他收益，增厚本期净利润。
