2月25日，云南工信厅发布“云南远东水泥有限责任公司二期日产3200吨水泥熟料生产线补充产能项目产能置换方案的公示”。
置换方案显示，云南远东水泥退出一条2500t/d熟料生产线，其中700t/d产能用于补充同厂区另一条2500t/d熟料线，补齐后产能为3200t/d，置换比例1:1。
