近日，有网友发帖称，2017年生产的农夫山泉天然矿泉水放了9年，瓶中出现了白色絮状物。针对此事，农夫山泉官方暂无回应。
农夫山泉客服向新浪财经表示，矿泉水中含有少量矿物质，白色絮状物为矿物质成分析出。客服表示，矿泉水的保质期一般为2年，放置9年的矿泉水已经过期时间太久了，不能再继续饮用。
