人民财讯2月26日电，新诺威(300765)2月26日公告，公司拟将所持北京国新汇金股份有限公司（简称“国新汇金”）30.0704%股份以2.3亿元的价格转让给石药控股，石药控股为公司实际控制人控制的企业。本次交易完成后，公司转让标的股份所得资金将用于补充公司日常运营资金，为公司业务发展提供资金支持。
