财联社2月26日电，午后风电板块震荡走强，新强联涨超10%，大金重工涨超7%，创历史新高，运达股份、泰胜风能、金雷股份等跟涨。消息面上，近日，国家能源局新能源和可再生能源司司长李创军发布署名文章—《推动“十五五”可再生能源扩量提质、可靠替代》，提出推动海上风电规范有序建设，重点推动一批深远海海上风电项目开工建设。
