2月25日，根据中国证券监督管理委员会广东监管局发布的公告，广东博众智能科技投资有限公司被采取责令改正监管措施。
经查，博众智能个别员工在未履行内部合规审查流程的情况下，使用公司其他员工名下互联网账号，播放包含违规内容的证券投资咨询相关视频。过程中，公司未对相关违规行为进行有效监测和制止。该行为违反了相关规定。
