吴说获悉，加密抵押贷款公司 Milo 宣布其以数字资产作为抵押的房贷累计发放额已超过 1 亿美元，并完成单笔规模达 1200 万美元的加密房贷交易。其称房贷组合至今保持“零 margin call”，平均利率约 7%，可提供最高 100% 购房融资、单笔最高 2500 万美元，并提供自托管抵押方案；传统模式下抵押资产由 Coinbase 与 BitGo 等托管机构保障，并称其为通过 SOC 2 审计的持牌放贷机构。
