2月14日，国家金融监督管理总局湖北监管局发布行政处罚信息，中华联合财产保险股份有限公司（简称中华财险）湖北分公司因内控管理不到位、利用开展保险业务为个人牟取不正当利益，被处以警告并罚款0.6万元。
同时，相关责任人徐伟、胡红华被警告并罚款共计1.2万元；刘景全被警告并禁止进入保险业5年。
