2月12日，东安动力（600178）发布公告，公司董事会收到公司副总经理宫永明递交的书面辞职报告，因工作变动，申请辞去副总经理职务。原定任期到2027年7月18日。
宫永明辞职后将在公司继续任职，辞职自送达董事会之日起生效。截至公告披露日，宫永明因股权激励持有公司股份3.71万股，且不存在未履行的承诺事项。
2025年前三季度，东安动力实现收入37.66亿元，归母净利润-328万元。
