2月12日，惠天热电（000692）发布公告，副总经理武超和石成忠因工作变动辞去副总经理职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后，他们仍担任公司董事，且未持有公司股份。
公告还提到，公司于2026年2月12日召开董事会，决定聘任张哲、刘佳辉、谭海燕和荆波为副总经理，任期至第十届董事会任期届满。
