财联社2月11日电，上海金融法院近日对原告上海某咨询管理有限公司、刘某宇诉被告上海证监局行政处罚决定一案进行审理。上海证监局相关负责人出庭应诉。该案系上海首例因操纵证券市场受行政处罚而涉诉的行政案件。上海金融法院经审理认为，被告上海证监局依法作出行政处罚决定，依法应予支持。 (证券时报)
