五洋自控2月11日公告，公司董事会秘书王镜疑因工作调整原因申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效，辞职后仍在公司就职。公司董事会同意聘任刘源为董事会秘书，任期自第五届董事会第十五次会议审议通过之日起至第五届董事会届满之日止。
