法国金融市场管理局（AMF） 提醒，法国数字资产服务商需尽快为 MiCA 合规截止期做准备。AMF 表示，符合条件的存量机构可在过渡期内继续运营至 2026 年 7 月 1 日，但需尽早提交 MiCA 授权申请，审核在材料齐全后最长可达 4 个月。自 2026 年 7 月 1 日起，仅获得 MiCA 授权的加密资产服务商（CASP）可在法国提供服务。选择退出的机构需最迟于 2026 年 3 月 30 日前有序结束业务，违规者或面临罚款及刑责。（crowdfundinsider）
