近日，上海徐汇区华泾路近长华路段发生一起醉驾电动自行车事故。非机动车驾驶员醉酒骑行，未减速追尾路边轿车，且因未佩戴头盔头部受伤，经救治无生命危险。其血液酒精含量达211mg/100ml，远超醉驾标准，被依法处罚并承担事故主要责任。
