据《乌克兰真理报》等乌克兰媒体报道，当地时间8日，乌克兰首都基辅响起多次爆炸声，基辅等多地拉响了防空警报。
据报道，基辅市长克利奇科称，“首都发生爆炸，基辅正遭受弹道导弹袭击，防空部队正在行动”。克利奇科敦促居民留在避难所中。
