2月6日，道达尔能源公司宣布，已从石油和天然气勘探公司Eight Offshore Investment和马拉维拉石油天然气公司手中收购了纳米比亚近海的PEL104勘探许可证区块42.5%的作业者权益，以进一步扩大该公司在非洲活跃石油勘探热点地区的业务布局。
