2月6日，中信金融资产（02799）发布公告，董红获选公司职工董事，需国家金融监督管理总局核准其董事任职资格后履职，任期3年。
董红，曾在审计署驻长春特派员办事处参加工作，先后任人事教育处（机关党委）、审计二处、财政审计处、处长，法规处处长等，2023年7月至今任公司审计部总经理。
