格隆汇2月6日丨ST华西(002630.SZ)公布，2026年2月5日，公司收到宁波华瑞发来《关于放弃增资的函》，由于外部环境、资金筹措等因素影响，最终未签署增资协议,经慎重考虑，宁波华瑞决定放弃本次向华西工程增资。鉴于本次增资实施进展情况，本次对华西工程30,000万元增资事项已终止。
