人民财讯2月6日电，上海证券交易所发布公告，上交所修订形成了《上海证券交易所证券发行与承销规则适用指引第2号——发行承销违规行为监管（2026年修订）》，现予以发布，并自发布之日起施行。上交所于2023年9月28日发布的《上海证券交易所证券发行与承销规则适用指引第2号——发行承销违规行为监管（试行）》（上证发〔2023〕152号）同时废止。
