2月6日，金帝股份（603270）发布公告，公司拟收购广州优尼精密有限公司100%股权，股权转让价款为1.16亿元。
截至评估基准日2025年8月31日，优尼精密所表现的市场价值为1.18亿元，评估值比账面净资产增值2280万元，增值率为23.84%。
优尼精密主营冲压产品，包括设计、开发、制造自动变速箱及其精密零配件，制造汽车用精锻毛胚件、精密冲压半成品等。
2025年前三季度，金帝股份实现收入13.72亿元，归母净利润1.09亿元。
