郭永怀到了CAL TECH，跟着冯·卡门去学习的，那个时间，钱学森已经是在那做了冯·卡门的助手了，好像他那时候已经是副教授了，所以有的时候冯·卡门的课就是由他来给讲。
我不知道林家翘是否也听过，反正我想郭永怀当时是听过钱学森的课的，而且有的时候他的研究工作，钱学森也帮着指导的。
