格隆汇2月4日丨ST新华锦(600735.SH)公布，公司计划将其持有并尚未完成实缴的4,000万份青岛华锦尚航创业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“华锦尚航”）基金份额转让给陈汝香、夏江帆，转让价格为人民币0元。上述财产份额转让完成后，公司持有华锦尚航1,000万份基金份额。
