格隆汇2月3日丨川润股份(002272.SZ)公布，公司向控股子公司四川川润智能流体技术有限公司（简称“川润智能”）增资1,100万元，川润智能其他股东放弃本次增资优先认购权。增资完成后，川润智能注册资本将由人民币900万元增加至2,000万元，川润智能仍为公司控股子公司，纳入合并范围。
