人民财讯2月3日电，川润股份(002272)2月3日公告，公司拟向控股子公司四川川润智能流体技术有限公司（简称“川润智能”）增资1100万元，川润智能其他股东放弃此次增资优先认购权。增资完成后，川润智能注册资本将由900万元增至2000万元，川润智能仍为公司控股子公司。
