当地时间2月2日，马斯克旗下太空探索技术公司SpaceX发表声明，宣布已收购同属于马斯克旗下的人工智能企业xAI公司。xAI公司同时也官宣加入SpaceX。
SpaceX收购xAI标志着埃隆·马斯克科技帝国迄今为止规模最大的一次整合，打造了一个涵盖火箭、卫星、人工智能和X社交平台的整合型实体。
