财联社1月30日电，深圳统计局发布2025年深圳经济运行情况，2025年，全市固定资产投资同比下降21.7%，其中，房地产开发投资下降31.0%，基础设施投资下降1.9%。重点产业投资保持较快增长，工业技术改造投资增长19.2%，居民服务、修理和其他服务业投资增长88.3%，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业投资增长67.7%，科学研究和技术服务业投资增长16.1%。
