人民财讯1月28日电，中牧股份(600195)1月28日公告，预计2025年净利润1.49亿元到1.92亿元，同比增加109.62%到171.27%。2025年，公司认购厦门金达威集团股份有限公司发行的可转换公司债券，同时放弃中普生物制药有限公司股权的优先购买权，公允价值变动收益和投资收益同比大幅增加，因此，2025年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润同比增加。
