最高人民检察院1月28日发布办案情况显示，2025年1月至11月，全国检察机关受理审查起诉侵犯商标权犯罪19050人。检察机关办案发现，当前侵犯商标权犯罪除在食品药品、日化用品、服装箱包、香烟白酒等传统领域仍较为多发外，还呈现商标使用方式由物理使用向电子化使用演进、涉案领域由线下交易向网络电商等新业态拓展等新特点。
