北京商报讯（记者 王蔓蕾）1月27日晚间，上交所官网显示，中国盐业股份有限公司（以下简称“中盐股份”）主板IPO进入问询阶段。
据了解，中盐股份是我国唯一的央企盐业务综合运营平台，主营业务为食用盐、工业盐及其他用盐等各类盐产品和盐相关产品的研发、生产与销售。公司IPO于2025年12月30日获得受理。
本次冲击上市，中盐股份拟募集资金约16.02亿元。
