云顶新耀（01952）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司云顶新耀医药贸易（上海）有限公司于2026年1月26日与康墣签订租赁协议，租赁位于中国上海的物业，租期为36个月，自2026年2月1日起至2029年1月31日止，若未发出终止通知，租期将自动延长24个月至2031年1月31日。该物业面积为1.15万平方米，主要用于研发和生产。
根据租赁协议，附属公司需在协议签订后五个工作日内支付免息保证金97万元，租金为每月42万元，管理费为每月6.88万元。
